We recognize how challenging it can be to find the time, support, and resources to host a creative writing program amidst multiple competing curriculum goals.
Project Publish provides a solution by offering concrete, practical support, education, and encouragement to young authors between ages 12 and 18 through partnership programs. We believe this support will help young people grow, explore, and create, and at the same time increasing literacy skills and confidence.
Project Publish Writing Challenge
Young authors complete an entire novel (or novella) within 6 to 9 months. Project Publish provides the timeline, lessons, and interviews with publishing experts. The club seeks to engage and inspire young authors while teaching, goal setting adaptability and confidence while increasing literacy skills.
Project Publish Novel Contest
Contest participants submit their finished manuscripts to a contest. The winner will get to work with a professional author/editor to prepare their novel, complete with cover art for publication.
